Booking and Reservation Policy
Payment Policy:
The total accommodation charge is payable 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
The booking will be cancelled if no payment is made prior to the 30 day window.
Cancellation:
No fees will apply where a cancellation, or modification, of a booking occurs up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
If cancelled or modified later (or in the case of a "no show") 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
No refunds are given for early departures.
Children: Cannot be accommodated.
Extra Bed Policy: There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Parking:
FREE Parking is available for guests.
Internet:
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
No Smoking:
No smoking inside the accommodation. If smoking outdoors all cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided.
Occupancy:
At no time during the period of permitted use may the property be occupied overnight by more than the number of people specified on the booking form.
Quiet Enjoyment and Parties:
Loud music is not permitted after 10pm.
House parties or weddings or post wedding B.B.Q's are not allowed on the property.
Insurance and No Liabilities:
The guests will not do anything that could adversely effect the owner's insurance over the accommodation.
The personal effects of the guests will not be insured by the owner of the property.
The guests acknowledge that all personal items and vehicles (including vehicle contents) of the guests remain the guest's responsibility and the owner accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.
